Promoting Equal Access

How can you get involved?

By joining the Disability Forum, you can help to promote equal access and support people with disabilities to have a stronger voice, making positive changes for our whole community.

Everyone is welcome, please contact us to find out where and when the next meeting is near you. If meetings aren’t for you, there are plenty of other ways you can get involved. Such as:

  • Local Action Groups
  • Mystery Shopping
  • Disability Awareness
  • Street Audit Work
  • Campaigning
  • Fundraising
  • Community Events

Wherever possible and needed, we aim to have a BSL interpreter at our meetings.

Have you completed our surveys?

These surveys are for anyone and everyone to complete. They should only take a few minutes, and provide insight into where services and improvements are needed the most. Thank you.
