We are Selby District Disability Forum CIC (SDDF). Our company number is 10227315 and our website address is: www.sddf.co.uk.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Contact forms are connected to the SDDF email address firstname.lastname@example.org. Contact forms are reviewed by directors and staff only. This information will not be shared beyond SDDF, however, please do not enter sensitive information into the contact form.
Only admins use login functionality within the site, however, if you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
Who we share your data with
SDDF will not share your data with any other party, except in circumstances where an individual’s safety or that of others is considered to be at risk.
How long we retain your data
All emails sent to email@example.com, and emails sent through the contact form will be kept indefinitely, however you can contact us to request that we delete all communications at any time.
SDDF does have a mailing list. Recipients have to opt in directly in order to get added to the list. They can request to be removed at any time.
What rights you have over your data
You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
How we protect your data
SDDF have a full data protection & GDPR compliant policy. This is regularly updated and reviewed. A copy of this can be requested by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
